- Before design work begins, data will be gathered to assess your specific needs.
- Data analysis will determine the nature and extent of your organization’s performance gap, such as a lack of skills and knowledge, a lack of motivation, or a problem with the environment.
- Once a gap is identified, an achievable goal and supporting objectives will be established.
- An appropriate and cost effective solution system will be designed to produce measurable results for your organization.
- Feedback will be gathered during the design process to refine prototype solutions.
- Once delivered, solutions will be evaluated to ensure that program objectives are achieved.
